I went because an acquaintance of an acquaintance had it done here, but the desk staff felt very perfunctory. The consultant was kind and explained things well, but the consultation with the head director ended way too quickly compared to how long I waited. It seemed like he finished and left in less than 5 minutes. Still, it was the hospital I had thought most positively of before going, but I got a very strong feeling that they wouldn't take good care of me after surgery. Just a feeling of being abandoned..? I was diagnosed as needing ear cartilage + septal cartilage + silicone.
