Community review of the clinic

I went for a consultation with Director S.S.J. First, he said donated costal cartilage is almost mandatory, and that if I was not going to use silicone, I should not get surgery.. I said I wanted something natural, but he said with the nasal septum or ear cartilage, it would not even look like I had surgery. My nasal tip is on the higher side compared with my nasal bridge. I went through acquaintances’ recommendations, but everyone said to put in silicone. They all recommended donated costal cartilage too, but that is my choice. For a place that says it pursues natural results, it is closer to a polished-natural or glamorous style. It seems highly likely they would operate according to the shape they want rather than the shape I want (the review photos all look similar). Other hospitals say it seems like I do not need silicone, so I am torn. It is a place known for nasal tip cartilage visibility or a crooked nose, but my acquaintances have not had any of those side effects yet. Bulbous nose, nasal septum, short nose, etc. Base price is 1.8 million won, and each of those adds 500,000 won. Donated costal cartilage is 800,000-880,000 won. They said autologous costal cartilage is an additional 1.5 million won. Since all my acquaintances were okay, I first put down a deposit (200,000 won), but I plan to visit other hospitals too, and if they do not all mention silicone, I will give up the deposit ㅜ + I gave up the deposit and canceled the surgery. Reasons 1. Director Seo pressured me that it only turns out well if done with his technique (mandatory use of costal cartilage). 2. It is not a nose that fits my face, but almost a factory-style nose with the pretty line he has in mind (looking at the reviews, they are all the same). 3. During the consultation with Director Seo, he seemed very angry.. He kept getting frustrated every time I asked questions ㅠㅋㅋ 4. My surgery day was already fully booked, but through an acquaintance’s connection, they said they would put me in the last time slot that they normally do not have. That was 7 PM, and before that he said he had one surgery in the morning and two in the afternoon. I would be the 4th. 5. I had to post a total of 6 posts, 3 each on Gangnam Unni and Babitalk. 6. The day before surgery, I told the manager that I was still thinking and might cancel the reservation, and she went into “who cancels on the day of the appointment, absolutely not” mode.. The deposit is taken in the form of a penalty fee, and since I was in the middle time slot it was not like they could not take someone else because of me, and it was originally a last time slot they do not take, so I asked why it mattered. She kept saying they have their schedule too and that same-day cancellation is difficult unless I am sick or somethingㅎㅎ It was going in circles, so I just canceled. The shape I wanted was a natural rounded nose that is not too high, but I should have known from the moment they said not to do it if that was what I wanted. + Also, my acquaintances and I all have different noses, but they recommended costal cartilage, silicone, ear cartilage, and nasal septum to all of us.
