First of all, the consultant was so kind, and when I said it was my first surgery, she said she had struggled during her own first surgery because there was no one to tell her things, so she told me all the good information for a first rhinoplasty and asked really detailed questions about the design I wanted. During the director’s consultation, he tried to listen well to my needs and clearly separated what was possible from what wasn’t. There was absolutely no pressure to book, and the aftercare is on another level.
