As rumored, they tell hard truths. It is definitely a place you need to go to with some degree of mental preparation. Since my nose was done over 10 years ago, different clinics were saying different things about whether it was contracture or not, so I was confused. In the middle of that, they calmed me down the most (of course, not by saying pretty words, but by explaining the current condition of my nose well) and spoke honestly.
At times, their very human, overly honest manner was so baffling that I wondered, "Do they not want to operate on me?" But on the other hand, that made me trust them that much more. They carefully examined my nose, showed relevant cases appropriately, and the consultation itself did not feel lacking, so it was worth paying the consultation fee.
There was no pressure to book or discount offer, so I trusted them even more. I am considering them as one of my revision surgery candidates.
