I went for a consultation a few years ago. They made me wait 40 minutes because I was 10 minutes late. When I went to the desk and told them, they didn’t even acknowledge it. They run the business like they can do whatever they want. The doctor is nice, but the staff damage the director’s image. I never wanted to go again. I took an early-morning train from Busan, but just because I was 10 minutes late... they treated me like someone who came from about 10 minutes away.
