Since it was my first rhinoplasty, I wanted surgery that would reduce my bulbous nose as much as possible while making the nasal tip round and defined. First of all, the director also prefers a not-overdone style, so I felt our needs matched well because I wanted a naturally glamorous style. For the nasal tip material, they told me exactly which materials were possible, let me choose within those options, and explained the pros and cons thoroughly. When shaping the nasal tip line, they recommended a line while considering everything from my forehead to the angle of my lips, which I liked. Rather than forcing the director’s own style, they seemed to try to reflect my opinions as much as possible, so this is one of the clinics I’m considering as a finalist.
