Review of Moon Clinic

I saw the director's YouTube video, dissolved all of my lip filler, and came back a month later to get filler again, but I ended up being consulted by a different doctor and then having the procedure? What is that? I wondered if I should have designated it at the front desk beforehand? The consultation from the start felt clumsy. I said I wanted a natural result and asked them not to inject too much, but they insisted that a touch-up after the first treatment was mandatory. Emphasis! The event price for just the first treatment was 440,000 won, and the price including the touch-up was 660,000 won, and since most people supposedly do the touch-up, I paid for the package with the touch-up included for the first treatment. They pressed and molded it while causing a lot of pain, so there was no way it would be fine, and the bruising and swelling were no joke. When I came back for the second treatment, they said there was no need for a touch-up, so what was that? I wanted to keep it natural with just the first treatment, but they had explicitly told me that most customers do a touch-up, so I paid for it, and I even traveled from the provinces for the second treatment, only to be told the touch-up wasn't needed. I feel like I got taken for a ride. I haven't tried the director himself, so I don't know, but I'm completely disappointed.
