I showed them a photo of naturally shaped lips and asked them to make mine like that, but they said my lip corners were the kind that are very hard to lift. So I said to lift them as much as possible, and after the procedure I got super cute lips. But from the side they stuck out bumpy, so I went back thinking maybe I should get them molded or something, and they said retouching would make them different. I trusted them and waited for the retouch, but it was so strange and creepy that I dissolved them right away.. Luckily, before the procedure I had asked whether they would dissolve them if I didn't like the shape, and maybe because they said they'd normally charge extra but would dissolve them for free, I didn't pay anything extra.. Of course, I didn't even think about a refund. Still, they were very kind.
