The director was kind and I was very satisfied with the procedure. My lips were uneven and had almost no volume, so it was a big complex for me. After getting the procedure here, I heard things like "your lips are pretty" and "I want lips like yours" so often that it was surprising. But after being satisfied with the first procedure and then waiting a year and a half, I think? When I got the second procedure because the filler had gone down a bit, a different staff member came in while I had numbing cream on my lips and was covered with wrap. She made eye contact with me and went, "Pff... lol..!!" and then couldn't hold back her laughter, covering her mouth as she left. I know my face looked funny, but still... lol... it really upset me.
