Overall I was satisfied. The doctor and the manager were both so kind, which I really liked. They spoke honestly and gave me clear guidance on exactly what I should do, which made me trust them even more. There was a bit of a wait, but even while I was waiting, they informed me in advance about the queue, so I was satisfied.
