I got the sense that the doctor and manager were proud of being a specialized nose clinic. They emphasized aftercare, saying the doctor would take full responsibility to the very end if anything went wrong, and when I said that due to my personal schedule the swelling and bruising needed to go down quickly, they said they would pay as much attention as possible to post-op management. However, they said I had to do all three functional surgeries together (septum, rhinitis, and nasal valve), and since it was my first time hearing that, I was flustered and couldn’t ask questions properly. I also felt the explanation about why they thought I had those symptoms and which surgical methods should be used was somewhat lacking.
