I’d always had severe rhinitis, so I had surgery for a deviated septum at an ENT clinic, but after about four years my nasal bone had bent, and the left and right sides ended up different sizes. So I had a medically necessary deviated septum surgery and tip cartilage surgery, and the doctor showed me what it would look like afterward using Photoshop. The surgery itself was good. But once the swelling went down, it didn’t look as pretty as I had expected. Next time I have surgery, I want to make it noticeable.
