First of all, among the clinics I’ve been to for consultations, the doctor was the kindest when explaining things. So was the manager. But the people at the front desk were just so-so. Even though my appointment was already 40 minutes late, when I asked when I could be seen, they just said it would be soon, with blank expressions. It felt kind of bad, like waiting was obviously just something I was supposed to accept. Anyway, I had the consultation, but since it’s an ENT clinic, I’m a bit unsureㅠㅠ
