I had a CT scan before the consultation and then went in, but even though I had made a reservation, the waiting time was incredibly long.. Compared to the waiting time, the consultation with the doctor wasn't that long. They showed me a virtual simulation and talked about the condition of my nose while looking at the CT. Still, they answered all my questions well and explained everything sincerely. The consultation with the manager ended quickly compared to other hospitals' consultations, and my satisfaction was rather lower.
