I had a consultation with a newly arrived female doctor, and the consultation itself was really thorough. She recommended functional nose surgery (nasal valve expansion, treatment for a deviated septum, and rhinitis treatment), along with 5 mm silicone and ear cartilage. When I asked about side effects, she said that because they do the basic functional nose surgery properly, there would be fewer side effects. I could clearly feel the professionalism of the consultation. However, the manager in charge of the consultation was trying to schedule the surgery too quickly, so I waved it off and left....
