I went in with a 10 o’clock appointment, but I ended up waiting over an hour.. The director was kind, and unlike other hospitals, he kept recommending stem cell treatment quite strongly. Still, the consultation was kind, so it was okay. The consultation manager only talked about the price, which caught me a bit off guard.
