I don't know what to do after under-eye fat repositioning and under-eye fat grafting

(I didn't have dark circles from bulging fat; mine were pigmented dark circles, and it's been over 1 year since surgery.) I had incisional double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, under-eye fat repositioning + under-eye fat grafting all at once. The result turned out like this, under my eyes... When I go under lighting, the dark areas above and below where the fat was placed and the anterior cheek become darker, and when I look downward, the aegyo-sal area seems like it's trying to go into my eye. What should I do for the uneven contour to disappear naturally? Should I do fat repositioning again, should I graft fat into the hollow areas, should I get filler, should I add aegyo-sal, or should I remove the bulging lump of fat? I truly have no idea. Sometimes when I look, my face looks like a skeleton ghost old woman If I had known about a place like this earlier, I wouldn't have ended up like this. I want to turn back time. I really regret it.
