I had the midface implant, Noble Cat, done 2 years ago. If your midface is very sunken and anyone can see that your nasolabial folds are severe and you have a hollow, gaunt impression, I think it's a surgery worth considering, provided you accept that it will cause some permanent widening of the nose. (The amount of nose widening is very slight, but depending on each person's nose shape, I think that tiny difference determines whether it has a big impact on the impression or not. In my case, my nostrils were small, so even a small change had a big effect on my image ㅠ)
