The director was kind, and after taking photos, they used the computer to do a virtual plastic surgery simulation during the consultation, which was interesting and nice. The consultation manager was kind too. But they told me that my septum was deviated and asked whether I usually had nasal congestion, when I actually never have any nasal congestion.. So I was worried about that.
