6 years ago, I had liposuction on my abdomen, arms, and back at a clinic near Gangnam Station. Originally, I only went for a consultation for forehead fat grafting, but after seeing the photos, I was swayed and suddenly decided to have surgery.. The result was a total disaster My abdomen was lumpy and uneven, and my flanks were completely asymmetrical.. He said I might even have to consider fat grafting after liposuction. I was very satisfied with the surgical result... Especially the arms.. Before, even after liposuction, my shoulder line was round and bulky like a bear. My shoulders are narrow, but I had a lot of fat, so my shoulder bones did not show, and the upper arms looked like chicken drumsticks.. Those arms of mine are now straight arms, and my shoulders fall beautifully at 90 degrees.. The very hollow area above the elbow became barely noticeable, so additional fat grafting was not necessary. But because my first surgery was a huge failure and I had revision surgery, it is not perfect.. If I had researched clinics carefully from the beginning, I could have had a very satisfying result The waistline that had been asymmetrical was also matched nicely The lumpiness of my abdomen is not perfect, but compared to before, it looks human now.. Since my abdomen and upper arms became thinner, the fat on my back and my thighs now feel chubby.
It really was true that the first surgery is the most important thing in any plastic surgery. Please do not end up ruined like me; research clinics thoroughly and have a beautiful surgery^^
