First of all, when you go for a consultation, at the end they make the closing remark, “If you decide to have surgery, I will do my best.” That makes you trust them, but it is also the part that makes the disappointment that much greater.
Overall, the staff/nurses are kind. Before surgery, the nurses had me lying on the operating table and were chatting, which made me really uncomfortable. It was unprofessional.
I also feel that improvement is needed in terms of aftercare. When I came in after surgery, the director examined me so carelessly that I wondered if it was really okay to be like that. He just said what he wanted to say and was busy seeing the next patient. Even while looking at me, his body was already turned toward the next patient. From a patient’s perspective, there are more than one or two things to feel anxious about, so it is natural to want to ask various questions, but he did not seem to want to hear questions.
An issue came up, so I asked, “What should we do about this part?” He said it seemed to have turned out well, and if it bothered me too much, he recommended an additional surgery (fat grafting). Sigh…
Sometimes I see reviews saying this is a clinic they could recommend even to their own family. I would not want to recommend this clinic to my family.
