I had surgery 8 years ago.. While doing osteotomy for a hump nose, I had cosmetic surgery on the nasal bridge and nasolabial angle, and they said I had a deviated nasal septum, so I also had functional surgery. A lot of time has passed, and currently my nasal tip hasn’t dropped or anything, but the osteotomy area looks like it was chopped off with a knife, cut squarely and uneven. The nasal septum is also deviated, and my nose has become crooked again, so I’m looking into revision surgeryㅎㅎ I’d been living with it thinking, well, if it’s this much, it’s still manageable, but it kept bothering me, and since I’d eventually get revision surgery anyway, I thought I should do it sooner. Still, there weren’t any major problems with my nose for eight years.. They must be better now, right…? sigh
