I do rate them highly for replying on the community. Last year or the year before, I went for a double eyelid consultation, and the consultant recommended an endoscopic forehead lift. I hated having to meet the doctor after the consultation. I think you should meet the doctor first and then the manager. Maybe the doctor was busy.. I had made a reservation and went there.
