Why is the consultation manager speaking so casually? I booked a consultation, but the consultation only happened an hour and a half later ^^ They didn’t explain specifically how the surgery would be done, It felt like a waste of time... they seemed way too unprofessional ㅠㅠ They also pushed hard for a reservation, and asking personal questions like my age and job outside of the surgical consultation was incomprehensible..
