I got a consultation for nose surgery. They said they would make a structure called a kazel? or something like that and build a pillar. During the consultation, they showed me the after result in Photoshop. They said it would be possible without an implant, but because I would need nostril reduction, hump shaving, and even osteotomy that I hadn't thought about, I'm a bit hesitant. The consultation manager said that pretty people don't want their reviews made public, and that one patient asked to be made into a celebrity's nose, etc... They said a lot of things they didn't need to say...
