I guess the director here has a sarcastic attitude as the default for basic consultations. If, in his view, the consultation client is not a suitable case for the procedure, isn't the proper order to explain why they aren't suitable, how it would change if done, and why he doesn't recommend it? Even when I asked why he didn't recommend it, he just brushed it off like, this is a procedure for people like this (before-and-after procedure photos), not a procedure for you, and ended it there. So out of frustration I asked, if I did it, how would it change? and he said, 'How would I know that?' After that, no matter what I asked, he kept responding with things like 'How would I know?' so it felt like talking to a wall. I said I understood, decided not to have the procedure, and left. While going around plastic surgery consultations, this was the first time I heard a tone that went beyond indifference and insincerity into sarcasm and belittling. It was enough to make me feel personally humiliated. Even if I raise this kind of issue, he's probably booked out for months and has no reason to care, so he'll likely pay no attention at all and respond to other patients with the same sarcasm. It's truly unfortunate. Well, for those who really need the procedure and want to visit, it may be fine to go. Since I will have absolutely no reason to receive the procedure going forward, I'm not qualified to comment one way or another on his skill, but according to many reviews, his procedural skills are excellent. In his YouTube videos, he emphasized so much that you must visit in person and consult with the doctor to determine whether you're a suitable case for the procedure, so I made a reservation and waited for months, but I ended up being the only fool.
