At the first visit, I had a consultation with the director and then the procedure; after that, I went straight to the procedure room each time. Waiting time varies a lot depending on the day, from 15 minutes to 1 hour and a half. Before the procedure, they say it has improved a lot, but I wonder how they remember the before state, so it feels a bit less credible. Later, they contacted me saying they would give me a free procedure if I left a review separately on a platform, but I didn’t do it.
