Someone I know had revision surgery here, and they were so satisfied that they couldn’t even remember what their previous nose looked like, so I went for a consultation! When that person had their first surgery, they had a chalk-like nose and even developed contracture. But I felt like if a bit more time passed, my skin would get thinner and my nose would become exactly like that..... So when looking at hospitals, the things I focused on were 1. Whether they accurately identify the problems with my nose 2. How they can improve them 3. What materials they will use 4. The price, but the price is the biggest issue.. Since I’m going to have the silicone removed this time, I think the cost will be somewhat high. For now, points 1, 2, and 3 seemed okay, so I’m debating..... They said private medical insurance reimbursement may be possible too, so I’ll probably first check whether insurance processing is possible and then decide.
