Last week they said I didn’t need to wear the upper band, so I still haven’t been wearing it I had uneven, asymmetrical breasts before, but it doesn’t show much, right?;;; I think the upper fullness has also gone down a lot
Seriously, week 2 is different and week 3 is different too Now that I’m in week 3, I’m not scared to use my arms for everything haha I can lift them upward easily too and I can stretch my arms out fully, it feels so, so good
After removing the special coating over the surgical area, I’m now applying scar cream lol
Their aftercare program is well set up, in week 1 they did pain management, in week 2 swelling & moisturizing care, and in week 3 they did circulation care lol It’s honestly nice because I just lie there and they do everything lol At home, the only care I can do is applying moisturizing cream so it stays well moisturized, and now applying scar cream haha
