Compared with other hospitals, the waiting time was short, so I was able to have the consultation quickly. At first, they kindly and calmly explained the surgical methods and recommended incisional double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction. I wanted to know about partial incision, so I asked, but they suddenly changed their attitude, ended the consultation, and told me to leave, so I came out of the consultation room. I was dumbfounded and flustered, wondering what was happening, and the consultation manager who was in the room with me was also flustered and apologized on their behalf. I was flustered and offended, but since it was a consultation I had gone to after a difficult 4-hour round trip, I got an answer about partial incision from the consultation manager and completed the consultation. It was a consultation where even the 10,000 won consultation fee felt like a waste, and the time spent going back and forth felt wasted too.
