First of all, the clinic is a bit small and crowded. The staff look extremely busy, it feels a little chaotic, and you have to receive the anesthetic cream while sitting on a chair outside in the waiting area. The doctor eases the atmosphere well, and I am very satisfied with the procedure result, but I didn’t get any sense at all that the assistant was friendly.
