First of all, the director in charge kept arguing with customer complaints. I had double eyelid incision surgery to correct uneven eyes, but it became even more asymmetrical than before the surgery. But the doctor and the director kept saying, you asked us to lower it, so that’s all we did, we’re not at fault, and kept pretending not to know. I got scar tissue, so I asked them to at least inject a scar tissue shot, but they just scared me, saying this level doesn’t need it, and if I get it, it could leave a dent, and they kept intimidating me a lot. The doctor just kept repeating that I shouldn’t get a revision surgery or even an injection treatment, then quickly ran off. The director stayed behind, and after I explained how I had originally asked during consultation and what I had said, only then did she apologize. She said sorry, but there was nothing they could do. Damn, acting all high and mighty because she went on the Let Me In program. I had surgery here once and then had revision surgery again, and that’s how it ended up weird, and they demanded 500,000 won just for anesthesia for the revision surgery. The director is money-hungry and really knows how to make a fool pay. Keep this in mind before you visit.
