I had revision double eyelid surgery and a lateral canthoplasty last year, and my eye corners looked higher.. I got a lower canthoplasty to lower the eye corners.. The fat also disappeared in less than a month.. After the fat injection, my face became much more asymmetrical.. The lower canthoplasty also almost completely reattached.. Seeing that there are also people who had good results, I think it really depends on whether you like it or not
