The waiting time is extremely long. I went on a Saturday and waited for 2 hours. I had a consultation with the chief director, who was kind and pointed out the line I wanted very well on his own. I have severe uneven eyes, but he said they could be matched with lower back canthoplasty and that he could create the exact eye-corner direction I wanted, which felt good but also made me wonder if it was really possible. The consultation room manager is a bit cynical. Still, it was comfortable because she listened to what the patient wanted first and then consulted.
