Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-think

Review of PR

The staff, especially the consultation manager, were really kind, but the hospital waiting time was unbelievably long (I arrived at my appointment time and then waited in the lobby for 2 hours before going into the consultation room), and after the surgery it wasn't that easy to get in touch with the manager. Right after surgery I was overcorrected, and had side effects such as conjunctival edema, but it was within expectations so I was okay with it. They said it would be hard to notice after 3 days and that I could go about daily life normally, but for up to 2 weeks it was still very obvious that I had surgeryㅠㅠ And since the sutures were dissolvable, there were some uncomfortable pointsㅠ It was nice not having to come back to the hospital to remove sutures, but the sutures protruded a bit at the outer corner of the eye and poked my eye, so it was uncomfortable, and up close they looked like eye discharge.. Also, around a month later, scar tissue started to rise. If I'd known earlier, I would have taken care of it, but when I asked the hospital they said it was natural and would resolve with time, so I waited another 1-2 months, but the scar tissue got darker and harder, so I'm currently treating it with ointment.

I'm satisfied with the surgical result! I was a bit stressed during the recovery process, but I'm happy with the result.
