Honestly, I don’t even want to give it 1 point. I had incisional eye surgery in 2015. The line came undone, so I went to the clinic, and they said they would redo it, so I had a second incisional surgery and paid extra to have medial epicanthoplasty done as well.
If the medial epicanthoplasty failed, that may be on me, but the double eyelid surgery done after the repeat incision had a line that was thick and bumpy, and although it may be an issue with my skin type, the red indentation became extremely severe. Since I’m male, I asked them to make it so there would be no visible line, but the result was a red, thick line visible even from far away.
At the time, I was young, and I was so shocked because my eyes were ruined that I really didn’t leave the house for 3-4 months, and I was in a situation where I couldn’t meet anyone or do anything. The consultant and director told me I had to wait 6 months, so I waited, but it didn’t improve at all. When I went back, the consultant told me to come after another 6 months and said that if the uneven line and redness didn’t improve, they themselves(?) would take responsibility. Like a fool, I believed that and waited another 4 months, but there was truly no answer, so I had revision surgery elsewhere to undo the line.
Additionally, during my second surgery, at first it seemed like the head director was doing it, but after some time I heard another man’s voice. Since I was conscious, I could distinguish the voices. And there was a cigarette smell on the hands.
In conclusion, I do not recommend this clinic. I recommend it for people who have a lot of time and want to give up on life.
