The consultation was carried out without any photos or CT scan. The consultation with the consultant was ordinary, but the consultation with the director seemed to end within 3 minutes. Without any special explanation, he said it would probably be good to insert silicone and reduce the nasal alar base, said it seemed like it would come out pretty, and then the director tried to end the consultation. When I asked how the nasal tip would be operated on, he said it was something they naturally do, as if there was nothing special to explain, so I was slightly dumbfounded and disappointed.
