Overall, they’re kind, know what they’re doing, and have that barely-there natural style. The doctor examines things very thoroughly, kindly explains the surgical process, and has a good aesthetic sense. They even put a ruler on my forehead and roughly explained how the procedure would go. They also listened well to my reason(?) for surgery and concerns.
