First of all, the clinic was clean and nice. I was the last appointment, and I could tell the consultant wanted to get it done quickly and finish, so I didn’t feel that great about it. The director explained things in detail, but when I said I wanted to use donated costal cartilage to make it sturdy, he firmly said there was no need for that. He doesn’t seem to like using other materials very much. And I got the feeling that he focuses on the nasolabial angle and columella. They only use the nasal septum, but the price was too expensive, so I passed.
