This is seriously the first plastic surgery clinic that has made me this angry. While going around for consultations this time, I visited a total of 4 or 5 places, and the way they treat patients was so awful that I decided I will absolutely not go there. My parents did not have time, so I went alone. First, after arriving, I waited over 50 minutes as a baseline. They guided people who came later than me first and took them into consultations first, so I got angry from waiting so long here. If I could see with my own eyes that the clinic was crowded, then okay, I would acknowledge it, but there were only a few people. On top of that, most of them were guardians. I waited patiently, and they finally called me in. The consultant just roughly drew the line for me, but it looked strange and I did not like it. I really hated the half-hearted attitude. After 1 minute? 2 minutes, she left and told me to wait another 15 to 20 minutes until the director came. So I just waited, but even after 15 or 20 minutes, he absolutely did not come lol. I was so angry that I almost went to the desk to complain, but held back one more time^^ After waiting, he came after more than 30 minutes lol. Still, since he did come, we drew the line, and he said it was okay to take photos or videos while drawing the line. He seemed kind, but somehow did not feel kind lol. As expected, it felt like he was trying to be witty because he wanted to leave quickly... Still, I got the line roughly set and waited for the consultant, thinking she would come soon, but again she did not come,, I was really starting to reach maximum anger, and my parents contacted me asking why it still was not over. In the end, after waiting more than 30 minutes, I had to leave quickly and was annoyed, so I went out to the desk. A desk staff member suddenly stood up and looked at me with an expression like asking what was wrong. When I said the consultant was not coming, they said she would be here soon, but the moment I came out of the consultation room and reached the desk, that consultant came out from the side,, What on earth is this, it was almost closing time for the clinic lol.. Then she said she would do it right away and that it would only take 1 minute, but if it only takes 1 minute, why do they keep making me wait 30 minutes at a time? I was seriously so upset that I lost any desire to do it here. It is a clinic famous for noses, so I think they have a lot of nose consultations. I understand that nose consultations can take a long time, but almost all the other consultation rooms were empty, and there must be more than one or two consultants, so I do not know why she came out of some room the moment I stood up. I could hear people in the room next door, who went in later than me, leaving, and consultants were quickly going back and forth there, but I was just waiting endlessly alone in the consultation room while several people came and went in the next room lol... Seriously, I disliked every single thing. I do not know if they pushed me to the very end because I came alone and am not that old, or because double eyelid surgery is not as expensive as nose surgery so my priority got pushed back, or because they just found it annoying, but I did not like the consultant's attitude either. When she said it would only take 1 minute, it just sounded like all my waiting had been a waste. It felt really unpleasant. Even when making the consultation reservation, the gaps between replies were too long, and they said they would take off 100,000 won because I waited a long time, but not really.
