It was my first cosmetic surgery, so I didn’t really know what to ask. They explained what needed to be explained, and when I asked questions, they tried to help me understand with drawings. But after going around to other places for consultations, I felt that their explanations about precautions and surgical details were not extremely meticulous. One disappointing point was that corrugator muscle resection is naturally included when doing a forehead lift, but they treated it as if it were a separate procedure and charged an extra fee (200,000 won). The head doctor said the event discount did not apply, so the cost was different. They said the first-time double eyelid surgery event price was 900,000 won, but in the advertisement it was 450,000 won, so it was double the price. (My eyelid line was not going to be high and would be very thin, so it was hard to see it as a difficult double eyelid surgery.) At the one-month follow-up after the lift surgery, they said they would provide injections that help if hair loss occurs, but if there is no hair loss, they won’t give them -> many places provided this as standard. Still, even if I went to another hospital for double eyelid surgery, extra fees seemed unavoidable anyway, and there weren’t many suitable places that do a lift and double eyelid surgery at the same time, have an anesthesiologist, and have decent reviews for lifts, so I booked surgery here.
