Honestly, from my personal perspective, it was the worst. After my first surgery and the trauma that followed, I went there after having everything removed, but the director had a very strong personal standard of beauty. A rounder nose suited my face, but they kept pushing photos of Song Hye-kyo’s nose as the ideal beautiful nose and insisted all the way that I should have surgery that way. Later I had an additional surgery, and instead of actually widening the cartilage at the tip of the nose, they inserted ear cartilage next to the narrowed cartilage to make the tip wider. Now my nose is not round; if I touch the tip, I can feel hard cartilage spreading wide over the elongated nostrils.
The worst. Absolutely the worst.
