It's not a factory-style clinic, and the doctor personally looked at everything from start to finish, answered questions, and managed the care. The shape seems to be different for each person too. Rather than following trends, they try to make a nose that suits your face. They do not seem to like things that are excessive or obvious. They seem to pursue natural results no matter what.
