I came from the provinces, but I spent the entire hour listening to an explanation of the surgical method. So I didn’t get a proper explanation of what would be done to my nose for the procedure and how it would change. For the shape, they told me to bring in a nose shape I wanted, but in the first consultation I didn’t get enough explanation about how far that shape could be achieved or which parts could be corrected, and it seemed like the decision would only be made on the day of surgery, so I felt anxious and couldn’t book the surgery.
