I searched all over for rhinoplasty information and found a cosmetic surgery doctor-run anonymous blog. The posts were professional and trustworthy, so I asked in the comments and found out it was Director Hwang Se-hwi of Saein Plastic Surgery. So I went for a consultation, and he kindly explained the structure of the nose and the principles of surgery...? for a long time. And after years of consultations, he said that just hearing what the client wants in words isn’t enough to know, so he asked me to bring a photo of the nose I wanted. That was a little different from other plastic surgery consultations. Anyway, after the consultation I had a good feeling, so I had tip cartilage repositioning using ear cartilage here. He also said he would put in cartilage from the area between the eyebrows to make it only very slightly higher. Looking at the before-and-after photos, the result did become a bit prettier, but only to the point that other people wouldn’t notice and only I would. But since I originally didn’t have an implant put into the bridge and only worked on the tip, I wasn’t expecting a big change, so I’m satisfied. As for the glabella... honestly I can’t really tell what changed...; Oh, and unlike other places, both the director and the consultation manager didn’t feel like they were chasing money. They also don’t do much advertising... You’ll be able to feel that if you go in for a consultation yourself.
