Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-think

Sain review

It has been over a month since I had surgery with Director Hwang Se-hwi. The swelling went down unevenly, so I worried that my nose had become very crooked while the swelling was going down, but once it settled, it ended up being only a little more crooked than my original nose. Considering that I already had some facial asymmetry and that my nose was originally bent in that direction too, I am satisfied with this level. I still need to watch the progress, but I am satisfied for now. The front looked fine, but the side view was really not pretty. Since there was no implant, people around me were surprised that it did not look so obviously artificial on my face and instead blended in well like my original nose. I am also satisfied because my complex improved. The director places importance on the contour of the tip, and the way light reflects off the tip has changed. ㅎㅎ Personally, I think Director Hwang Se-hwi's surgical style may not have a big effect on people with thick skin. The director does not perform septal extension and values repositioning the nasal tip cartilage. Since the surgical method itself is like this, of course the principle that one's original structure does not change much applies to some extent. You need to create the contour of the nose tip and let the skin cover it so that the contour shows through, but in the case of a thick-skinned bulbous nose, that effect seems minimal. My skin is of average thickness, and I had a front-view effect where the light reflection pattern changed appropriately. (Very similar to my original nose from the front, only the light reflection line changed.) I am very satisfied with the side view as well. Overall I am satisfied, and I was also happy with the aftercare. They covered my nose for a few extra days with gauze soaked in ointment so that the incised skin could heal faster. It was so hard having my nose covered for a few extra days, but the incised skin inside my nose healed well. I was generally satisfied, and I am posting this review out of gratitude. Also, my original nose was somewhat large, so I think that is why the result turned out satisfying. They do things in a natural way, so people who want a glamorous nose or who have a very small and short nose may not see a dramatic effect. The same applies to the thick-skin case I mentioned earlier. I recommend that people who want a natural change and have fewer conditions to worry about go for a consultation.
