I had several revision nose surgeries, so I decided this was the last place and had revision rhinoplasty (silicone, costal cartilage), but the side of my nostril became sunken, so I had fat removed and filled that area again. A year later it got sunken again, so when I filled it with fat again, I also had collagen fat grafting done on the face for about 100 more, but it all disappeared. The director is knowledgeable and kind, but it hurts that the same problem keeps happening. It feels like my nostrils are gradually lifting too, and that really bothers me During the correction, they also lowered the nostrils a bit, filled the nostril area with fat, and removed a large sebaceous cyst that had formed...
