Eye Surgery Reviews@eye-review

Review of JW Jeongwon

The surgery took way too long. Normally, if focused, it should take 1 to 2 hours, but it took 4 hours for the nose surgery. Even though I had a reservation, they went out in the middle to do another consultation. The disinfectant didn't wash off for 3 months and I had a huge amount of dead skin buildup. Of course recovery after nose surgery can differ from person to person, but honestly my mouth wouldn't open properly for more than 6 months. I couldn't speak well either. During nose surgery, when people usually get double-eyelid surgery at the same time, they don't cover the eyes, but here they covered the eyes completely with tape. The director didn't want to show the medical records very well. Another patient asked for their records because they needed revision surgery, but they said they never handed their medical records over to another doctor. Even though it's the patient's right, they refused to show them. Even though they are obligated to write the records in detail, they didn't even note the basic anesthesia dose.
