My first nose surgery was 10 years ago. I was timid, so they gave me several options, and they said they could make it higher, but. I only had the surgery to raise it naturally without changing the current line. I was satisfied, but it was sooo natural that no one would know I had surgery unless I said so. After 10 years, the cartilage weakened, so the nostrils became synchronized. I'm currently considering revision surgery. But I lived well for 10 years without any problems, and I had absolutely no side effects.
