After getting consultations at several places, I met Director Kang Hongdae and decided right away. Honestly, if you get a consultation, you’ll understand. I knew nothing about plastic surgery, but he explained everything in such detail, so slowly and kindly. I had a difficult case because I had a lot of tissue on my upper eyelids, making them thick, I also had severe ptosis, and a strong Mongolian fold ㅠㅠ So the surgery included double-eyelid incision, skin removal, epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction. The swelling lasted a long time and it was hard, but compared to before, things improved a lot and I didn’t have any major side effects, so I’m satisfied. However, despite it being an incision surgery, the line didn’t settle at the outer end of one side from the beginning ㅠㅠ I had a revision surgery again after about 2 weeks, at no extra cost, but the line still didn’t settle, so in the end I just gave up and live with it ㅠㅠ I think I’ll need to fix it again when I’m older. Anyway, to sum up, the director is really kind, and even if there’s something you’re unhappy with, he tries to take responsibility. However, his style seems to favor a somewhat high and thick line, so it would be better to discuss that in advance before surgery.
